For Bank Deposit:

1. Depositor's name
2. Teller number
3. Email address 
4. Amount paid and the plan you paid for. (IF YOU MADE BANK DEPOSIT)

For Online Transfer:

1. Name of the account you transferred from
2. Amount paid and the plan you paid for. (IF YOU PAID WITH TRANSFER)

For Payment with USSD Code Transfer:

1. Name of the account you transferred from
2. The phone number used to initiate the transfer
3. Amount paid and the plan you paid for. (IF YOU PAID WITH USSD CODE TRANSFER)

For Transfer with ATM Machine:

1. Name of the account you transferred from
2. Location of the ATM Machine
3. Amount paid and the plan you paid for

You will be added to our group for the plan you paid for  before the close of business on the notification day, as soon as payment is confirmed.
